General Affairs Office is to coordinate college administration logistic andservice. It is also in charge of college’s capital construction maintenance,supplying and purchasing of materials and equipments, food service management,asset management, greening, cleaning and other work. (1) To be responsible for college’s administration logistic and service. (2) To be responsible for college’s capital construction maintenance. (3) To be responsible for supplying and purchasing of college’s materialsand equipments. (4) To be responsible for college’s food service management. (5) To be responsible for college’s asset management. (6) To be responsible for college’s greening. (7) To be responsible for college’s cleaning. (8) To be responsible for document management of college’s administrationlogistic and service. (9) To be responsible for water and electricity equipment management. (10) To accomplish other college work. |
