Wushu Team was established in 1997. It is separated bySanda Sport Team and Taolu Sport Team. Taolu Team events include Taiji Quan,Taiji Jian, Chang Quan, Dao, Jian, Nan Quan, Nan Gun, Nan Dao. Huang Guangyuan, who is called “King of Nanquan”, won the first prize on National SportsMeeting, Asian Games and World Championship. Sanda athlete Kang Yonggang wonthe champion on World Championship and World Cup and is the iconic character ofGuangdong Sanda event. There are currently 1 Captain, 4 coaches and 37 athletesin Wushu Team.
